We would recommend Warsaw Chopin Airport, it is a 40 minute drive from Rawa Mazowiecka. There is no direct transport between the two, so we would recommend hiring a car or arranging travel in groups where possible.

We are arranging bulk transport between the hotel, church and venue each day. If you are not staying at the nominated hotel, you will have to make your own way to the church or venue.

No, though Rawa itself may not have many English-speakers, the ceremony will be held in English and there will be assistance throughout your stay. Many guests are also bilingual - and there is always the international communication medium, Vodka!

There will be several hot meals throughout the evening at the venue catered to any dietary requirements and even more food at the next day party. There will also be plenty of sides on your table around you.

Additionally, a "Village Table" will be present with traditional polish cuisines such as sausages, lard, rye bread, black pudding and handmade moonshine.

There is an open bar for 8 hours at the venue expertly serving a variety of cocktails. In addition, there will be plenty of vodka available, but also wine, beers, ciders and soft drinks.

Unfortunately we would rather this be an adults-only event with a few exceptions of our close family.

The hotel is reserved and we will make bookings on your behalf, money is then payable to the hotel reception. Please let us know in the RSVP if you require a hotel room, and any bed requirements.

We are arranging to have hair and/or makeup sessions for whoever would like them. Please let us know in the RSVP and we will get you booked in and send you details at a later date.
